SHIPPING INFORMATION:
- Orders usually ship within 24 business hours of receipt. Orders placed after 12:00 P.M. ET typically ship the following business day.( Sunday and Other Calendar Holidays booking will activate on the next working day)
- Customers will be notified via e-mail or phone in the event of a backorder.
- An order confirmation e-mail containing shipment tracking information will be sent.
- We will despatch by our standard shipping method. All ground delivery times are estimations.
- Bigger or Heavyweight machines will be despatch by standard Transporter and this Transport Charges and delivery time will communicate to you by phone and mail after placing the order.
Freight charges can be calculated on our site or by contacting customer service.
Any delay in the delivery by respective transport will not in our scope. Any damages in transit will not be in our scope ( You may log insurance for the same from the respective party with extra charges applicable)
- Orders delivered in areas where any other levies/ Octroi / Etc or any kind of the charges applicable. These charges are automatically applied if your shipping address is within these specific areas.
- Tools shipping internationally qualify for shipping charges extra as applicable ( we will communicate to you by mail accordingly). A confirmation email will be sent prior to order processing.
- Freight estimations do not include other fees related to export and any kind of that.
- Exact physical street addresses with landmarks are required for shipping with details of landmark and pin code is a must. Also, kindly provide the landline Number and at least -02 mobile numbers which are mandatory before shipping.
- Courier does not ship to P.O. boxes.
- We are not responsible for Any kind of delay by shipping agencies/courier companies.
- Volume orders may ship more economically via common carrier. Contact customer service for a quote, or calculate freight shipping using the estimator in the shopping cart.
- We are accepting international orders. Pre-payment must be in the form of wire transfer or check. Wire transfers are subject to bank fees. Currently, we do not accept credit card payment for international orders.
- Additional Insurance Charges(optional) will be added to final amount/final cart amount/actual product amount on our site upon purchase of high-value items above INR 30,000.
